To initiate your order, please contact us. Our team will assist you throughout the process, including product selection and design customization.

02. Will the received product match the images shown?

Most of our products are customized to meet your specific requirements. All specifications and drawings will be provided for your final approval prior to production.

03. What is the estimated delivery time?

The standard lead time is approximately 90 days from the date of payment. Please note that this time frame is not guaranteed and may be extended by an additional one or two weeks due to weather conditions or other unforeseen factors.

04. What steps should be taken if the product arrives damaged?

While we take all necessary precautions during packing, if the product arrives damaged, the factory will provide a replacement.

05. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can arrange shipment to your designated location.

06. What are the requirements upon container arrival?

The unloading process is a live offload, which means your team must have the appropriate equipment and personnel to unload the container. Please note that the driver is not responsible for assisting with unloading.

07. Do you offer design assistance?

Yes, we can help with product design and procurement, as well as provide guidance on design decisions.
